Cricekx's Terms and Conditions

By using Cricekx (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Cricekx, and it applies to all services, games, promotions, and other features available on cricekx.xyz.

Compliance with Cricekx's Terms and Conditions is mandatory for all registered members. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of Cricekx's services.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Cricekx will notify members of any changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account on Cricekx, the following requirements must be met:

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Allowing others to access your account is not permitted.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Registering with false or third-party information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on Cricekx: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum deposit limit may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 1 hour.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• Any attempt to chargeback or reverse a deposit will result in immediate account suspension.
• Cricekx is obligated to report any suspicious deposits or evidence of money laundering to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals on Cricekx are fully transparent with no hidden fees. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Transfers to a different account are not permitted.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

Cricekx reserves the right to review all withdrawal requests. Any request deemed suspicious or associated with a violation of these Terms and Conditions may be declined at Cricekx's discretion.

Cricekx regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be used. Typically, you are required to bet 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Cashback offers apply only to specific games or time periods. Failure to meet the applicable terms will result in the cashback being cancelled.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — will be treated as fraud.

The Cricekx Platform offers a wide range of games — Sports Betting, casino, slots, bingo, and more. While each game has its own rules, certain general terms apply across all games.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring complete fairness.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Cricekx reserves the right to refund the wager.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. Decisions will not be reversed unless a technical error is proven.
• Betting limits vary by game. Bets exceeding the maximum limit for any game are not permitted.

Cricekx reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any game for maintenance, legal, or business reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be provided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Cricekx's Terms and Conditions, and violations will result in immediate action:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Deliberately circumventing the rules to take unfair advantage of bonus offers.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform for personal gain.
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking or cyber attacks.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors in gaming.

Cricekx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if any of the following circumstances arise:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• False information is found during KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.
• When a self-exclusion request is initiated by the user.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
